Before using mascara, coat mascara base from the roots to tips of  lashes. Wait until the mascara base becomes dry, then apply your mascara on lashes. If the mascara brush doesn't grab solution, lightly stir inside of the bottle. It's recommended to curl your lashes with curler beforehand.
