Wright's A Dietary Supplement PropeL contains propionyl-L-carnitine (PLC) and acetyl-L-carnitine (ALC), natural derivatives of the amino acid carnitine, which plays an essential role in cellular energy metabolism. Continuous use is required for full sexual function enhancement. For men, take 8 capsules all at once in the morning, or as a split serving, 4 capsules in the morning and 4 in the evening. For women, take 4 capsules all at once in the morning or split 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening. This will provide a total of 2 g of PLC, 2 g of ALC, and 600 mg of lipoic acid daily, or 1 g of PLC, 1 g of ALC, and 300 mg of lipoic acid daily.
