Micro-Filtered Whey Protein Concentrate, Ion-Exchanged Whey Protein Concentrate (both providing B-lacto globulin, A-lactalbumin, immunoglobulin, glycomacropeptides, bovine serum albumin, residual caseins, protease peptides, and lactoferrin), Hydrolysed (partially pre-digested) Whey Protein Concentrate (providing di, tri, oligo and polypeptides), Crystalline Fructose, Natural Honey Nut Flavour, Vegetable Gum, Dried Honey, Free-Form L-Glutamine (100 mg added per serving), and Free-Form BCAA’s (Leucine, Valine, Isoleucine – 100 mg of each added per serving), Maltodextrin, Medium Chain Triglycerides.

Suggested Use:

As a dietary supplement for adults, mix 28grams (approx 1 level scoop) in 237 ml (8oz) of water or your preferred source of milk and blend or shake vigorously. Please note the additional calories and/or protein provided by your favourite type of milk. This product is manufactured from the milk of cows not treated with rBGH, recombinant bovine growth hormone.
