Omega Twin is a rich source of Omega-3 and Omega-6 essential fatty acids. This product is also an extremely rich source of gamma linolenic acid (GLA). To further enrich the product, the formula includes lignan rich flax seed particles. Mixture of complimentary fatty acids and phyto-nutrients. Contains more GLA per tablespoon than 10 capsules of evening primrose oil, Contains lignan rich flax seed particles, Contains twice as much Omega 3 as fish oil,100% expeller pressed, as opposed to standard chemical extraction processes. 100% unrefined, unfiltered flax oil and herbicide/pesticide free borage oil. Use instructions: Not suitable for fying. Add 1-2 tablespoons per day to cold dishes such as pasta, rice, vegetables, yoghurt, protein or soft drinks.
