Essential Women Flax Liquid (350ml liquid)

Essential Woman is designed to fulfil the needs of women of all ages. A natural mixture of essential fatty acids and natural plant extracts, it is the first product of its kind to offer a full complement of therapeutic nutrients. Specific oils and plant extracts derived from the seeds of certain flowers can be beneficial in this process. Essential Woman contains flaxseed and evening primrose oils (GLA) with lignans, isoflavones, and saponins. Recommended dose - One to two tablespoons per day may be taken straight or to be added to pasta, salad dressing, rice and vegetables, yoghurt and blended beverages. OR 4 to 6 capsules per day may be taken with or without meal. Please shake the liquid well before use and keep refrigerated.
