Citrin is a slimming remedy with Garcinia cambogia or Brindleberry as it is known in Australia as the main ingredient Hydroxycitric acid (HCA) is the active ingredient of garcinia cambogia, and is synthesized from the rind of the cambogia fruit. Some studies have shown that hydroxycitric acid (HCA) derived from garcinia cambogia promotes weight loss when combined with a high carbohydrate diet, while others have found it ineffective. Each tablet provides on average 500mg of Garcinia Cambogia Extract (providing 250mg Hydroxycitric Acid) and 100µg of Chromium Picolinate
